GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By utilising Shukey Services, patrons agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Belongings Removal: Prior to servicing, patrons are required to remove all personal belongings from their item(s). Shukey Services cannot be held liable for any belongings inadvertently left within items sent for servicing.
  2. Additional Service Recommendations: Upon receiving item(s) for servicing, our staff will conduct a thorough assessment. If repairable parts beyond the scope of the initial service are identified, we may recommend additional services. This is purely optional, and patrons retain the right to accept or decline such recommendations.
  3. Post-Service Usage: Any damage that occurs to item(s) following servicing is the sole responsibility of the patron. Shukey Services shall not be held liable for such damages.
  4. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: In the event of dissatisfaction with the service result, Shukey Services reserves the right to either re-service the item(s) or provide compensation to the patron.
  5. Careful Handling: While all services are performed meticulously by hand and occasionally with the aid of machines, rare incidents of damage may occur. Patrons, particularly those with zero tolerance for errors or possessing items of significant sentimental value, are advised to consider this carefully before availing our services.

 

COMPENSATION

In the unfortunate event of damage or loss to any item(s) under our care, Shukey Services will provide compensation to the affected patron. Compensation shall be equivalent to three times the price of the initial quoted service cost in Singapore Dollars (SGD), contingent upon presentation of the original receipt for the service rendered.
